Privacy Statement
We collect personal information from you, including information about your:
- name
- contact information
- computer or network
- interactions with us
We collect your personal information in order to provide service to you.
Providing information is optional. If you choose not to enter contact information, we'll be unable to provide message notifications.
We keep your information safe by encrypting it and only allowing staff access to it to provide service to you.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at info@afam.co.nz.
AFAM Technician App
The AFAM Technician App (available on the Google Play Store) collects and uses the following data:
- Location Precise - this is used for the map functionality to centre the map showing cell tower locations
- Personal Info - Name, email, phone number. This is stored against your account information as contact details
- App Activity - interactions with the app, and search history within the app, are used for analytics in an anonymised form
- App Info and Performance - crash logs, diagnostics, and other app performance metrics are stored in ananonyised form to allow us to improve the app
- Device and other Ids - We use the firebase installation Id for analytics

General Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your account, please contact us at privacy@afam.co.nz and once we have verified your identify we will delete your account and all associated data.
